Factory sealed returns. World Martial Arts does not offer refunds on its video or DVD purchases. If the wrong video title is ordered, we will offer you a store credit towards the video/DVD product of your choice-minus shipping charges. Any video or DVD product that is returned for credit, must be unopened and in its factory shrink-wrap. There will also be an additional shipping charge to send the new videos/DVDs.
